What is a migraine 

It is a severe headache that includes the left side of the head and is accompanied by a feeling of fatigue, vomiting, headache, fatigue, and intolerance to light rays and smells. It is caused by the enlargement of the blood vessels in the head, which prevents the blood from flowing normally.

What are the causes of migraines?


Based on clinical trials for people who have suffered from successive attacks, it has been found that one of the reasons that lead to the emergence of migraines are nutritional behaviors such as eating mental foods such as frying, especially before bedtime, or drinking a lot of strong drinks such as caffeine, as well as incorrect routine behaviors such as a lot of phone beams and disturbances.  Sleep or genetic causes

Methods of Treatment

Currently, there are no effective treatments that definitively reduce acute migraine headaches, but there are ways to help reduce the number of attacks.  Some depressants, such as paracetamol or megalgin, are analgesics

The degrees of migraine severity change from person to person, as a result of changing hormones, as well as habits and behaviors practiced by the individual, such as lack of sleep, spending long hours in the sun or in front of a computer, or drinking alcoholic beverages or stimulants.

 Whenever changing the behavior and avoiding what leads to migraine attacks, will reduce the severity of the headache and reduce it as well.  The sensation of the beginning of the headache in order to reduce its severity and to have a short period and pass quickly.
